Tour itinerary

Day 1 Cairo

Golavita Travel Egypt in your Cairo day tours representative will greet and assist you through immigration and customs formalities at Cairo airport. Once you are ready, your guide will join you in our modern new brand vehicle to your hotel in Cairo to check-in. Around 17.00 pm, your guide will join you to enjoy a two hours dinner cruise on board a luxury cruise boat with live music, belly dancer and tanoura show. After two hours, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 2 Giza attractions

Enjoy your heart breakfast at the hotel and be ready for as full day tour to Giza attractions, start with Saqqara Step Pyramid, Saqqara was the cemetery of the oldest capital of Egypt, Memphis and it was used as the final resting place from the Old Kingdom till the late Egyptian History. The Step Pyramid of Djoser from the third dynasty is the first Pyramid in Egypt after the Mastaba. Then visit Unas Pyramid, The Pyramid was built by King Unas in the fifth dynasty, Old Kingdom and It does not look like a huge Pyramid from the outside but is amazing from the inside. Idut tomb, Princess Idut was a royal character who took over an existing tomb in Saqqara and decorated it with some well-preserved scenes of daily life in ancient Egypt. The Serapeum is part of the animal cemetery and it was discovered by August Mariette. It had 24 sarcophagi, 23 were found empty and only one had a mummified Bull Ibis Mummy and a golden Bull statue in Louver in Paris now.

Lunch: At a local restaurant by the exit of Saqqara between the Palm Trees.

After enjoying your lunch, you will proceed to the Pyramids of Giza where you can see the Pyramid of Cheops, The Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Meanwhile, The Pyramids will give you an idea of how advanced was the architecture in ancient Egypt, Astrology, and Engineering. Tour the Pyramids with your guide and see the difference between the Pyramids and the Queen Pyramids. End your tour with the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple to see the biggest One-piece statue. Finally, the Dream Stele of Prince Thutmose IV of the Eighteenth Dynasty is a must-see before you leave the area.
