02.00 am: Golavita Travel Egypt representative will meet you at the reception of your hotel, and help you to pick your the breakfast boxes you ordered ready one day before. Next, you will drive to the checkpoint to show the traveling permission and start your day in Cairo.
06.00 am: a short break in a nice lounge called Zaafarana to have your breakfast, use the toilet (10 L.E per person) and have your morning coffee if you like.
09.30 am: you will start your Cairo day tour on the west bank of the Nile where you will visit the Giza Pyramids. After receiving your tickets from your guide and scanning them to enter the area, you will start your memorable time in the Giza plateau.
Start your Giza Pyramids tour with the Great Pyramid of Cheops and listen from your guide to the secrets of building the Pyramid. Learn about the history of the Pharaohs of the Old Kingdom and the builders of the Pyramids. If you can, please walk with your guide around the Cheops Pyramid and see the Queen Pyramids, Boat Pits, and the tombs of the Pyramid Builders. Once, you walk around the Pyramid, you will reach the Khafre Pyramid to see its causing, entrance, and Mortuary temple. Later on, you will go to shoot nice photos from the Panorama of all the Pyramids aligned.
End your Pyramids tour with The Menkaure Pyramid and the Valley Temple of Khafre where they perform the Opening of the Mouth on the King’s mummy. To reach the great Sphinx, you will walk through the Valley Temple, Causeway and then you will be close to the Sphinx. Explore the biggest statue in the world from one single piece with a Human head and a Lion body and learn more about the Dream Stele of Thutmose IV.
12.00 pm Lunch: Time to enjoy your lunch at a typical Egyptian restaurant to enjoy the taste of the Egyptian cousin.
3.00 pm: Next you will visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, Now it is time to let one of your dreams come true, the Treasures of the boy king Tutankhamun from his tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, and it's one of the best attractions in Luxor. Marvel at the Mask of King Tut, his golden Sarcophagus, Canopic Jars, His throne, Chariot, His Ka statue, and golden sandals.
The Museum is home to many more treasures like the silver king treasures from the 26th dynasty Psusennes I, Hetepheres, and Cheops’s mother treasures.
