• 1 Arrival to Cairo & flight to Aswan

  The transfer of you and your dear Nile cruise vacation to the dusky city of Aswan will begin early in the morning, as you are taken from the hotel in Cairo to the airport to connect for a domestic flight to Aswan. You will be greeted by our Egyptologist upon arrival, who will lead you through one of the most stunning cities in Egypt, where your Nile River cruise will be centered.

  First up on the day's visiting list is the stunning High Dam, an impressive structure conceived and carried out under President Gamal Abdel Nasser, providing prevention against the wild Nile floods by collecting the river's energies. Take a quick boat ride on the calm Nile to Agilika Island, where the blue-arching Philae Temple sits amid languor and glowing mist. This most sacred site, dedicated to the goddess Isis, displays the best work of the Greco-Roman period.  

  The Unfinished Obelisk is a red granite monument to the all-powerful god Amun Ra that you might also want to see. • 2 Heading to Kom Ombo and Edfu

  Go up into the Nile after a grand breakfast while cruising on the Nile; an escorted tour will be your unique experience of going around the Kom Ombo Temple. The crocodile, Sobek, and eagle are the two witnesses that make up the Nupe, also referred to as a temple.

• 3 Cruising to Luxor West Bank

  After breakfast onboard, the transfer will take you from the Nile River cruise holiday to the famous necropolis of ancient Thebes, the walled city that greeted many generations with its towering glory. The Valley of the Kings is the first stop, a royal burial site for Egypt's pharaohs and rulers, including the legendary King Tutankhamun. You will then visit the imposing temple of Queen Hatshepsut's Deir el-Bahari, a magnificent piece of architecture carved into Luxor's cliffs. 

  The Grandeur Colossi of Memnon, two statues guarding King Amenhotep III on the desert's edge, will continue the magnificence theme. Having lunch aboard the ship, enjoy a comfortable afternoon before a lovely dinner and a peaceful night's sleep aboard the ship in the calm environs of the Nile River.  
   

• 4 Visit the East Bank of Luxor + Final departure

  After breakfast and checkout, your Egypt holiday package will head to the East Bank of Luxor. You will visit the Karnak Temple, its massive court, and the excellent Hypostyle halls, etc. Then, you will head to the Temple of Luxor, which was partly built during the era of the Twelfth Dynasty and later finished by Ramses II. 

  You will be taken to Luxor Airport after your magnificent and enchanted Egypt trip to catch your flight back to Aswan and another flight to Cairo for your departure, capping off a memorable Nile river cruise trip from Aswan to Luxor.
