Tour itinerary

Day 1 Cairo

At the Cairo airport, a Golavita Travel Egypt representative will meet you and help you with the immigration and customs procedures. Once you are ready, your guide will join you in our modern new brand vehicle to your hotel in Cairo to check-in.

There are no meals.

Day 2 Giza Attractions

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, then start your full-day guided tour of Giza attractions. Start with Giza Pyramids Complex. Then, you will visit Great Sphinx. You will pass the Valley Temple on your way to the Sphinx, where the mummification—or at the very least, the Opening of the Mouth—is performed.

Lunch: Enjoy a freshly cooked lunch at a local restaurant before you proceed with your trip to the next stop

After lunch, you will enjoy discovering the Grand Egyptian Museum. You can view all 5793 of Tutankhamun's treasures in one location at the GEM, even if you have only ever seen them on television or in a documentary. When you finish your tour, you will go back to your hotel for overnight.

Day 3 Alexandria

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel then start your Alexandria day tours. Once, you reach the pearl of the Mediterranean, you will start with the Pompey Pillar. then you will go to the Catacomb of Kom El Shoqafa. The catacomb was discovered by a donkey in September 28, 1900. Also, it is the largest Roman cemetery cut into the rock at a depth of 35m. There is a guided tour to Alexandria Library every two hours, so your guide will choose the right time to visit it. Your visit won’t be completed without visiting the Citadel of Qaitbay dates to the 15th century. Thus, Al-Ashraf Qaitbay from Burji Mamluk state and sultan Qansoh El Ghoury gave much care to the fort.

Lunch: Enjoy your lunch in a local restaurant in Alexandria and try the tasty fish or choose your favorite dishes.

Day 4 Aswan attractions

Check out early in the morning and head to the Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, your guide will join you to visit Aswan attractions such as the Aswan High Dam. The High Dam created Lake Nasser and provided Egypt with water for irrigation and electricity. Also, you can enjoy the Russian-Egyptian friendship monument not far from the High Dam. 

There are a lot of things to do in Aswan but overall, the top Aswan attraction, Philae temple. After the Aswan High Dam was built, many temples were relocated, including this one. You will be taken to your Nile Cruise for lunch and the following three nights' lodging at the conclusion of the tour.

Day 5 Aswan - Kom Ombo

After breakfast aboard, you have a free morning in Aswan with the option to visit the Abu Simbel Temple (at an additional cost) or the Nubian Village (at an additional cost) to gain knowledge of Nubian customs and history. Around 14:00, the Nile Cruise will set sail for Kom Ombo City.

Day 6 Edfu - Luxor
