Upon your arrival in Aswan City, you will join your expert tour guide to start your Egypt tour to some of the best Aswan attractions. You will start your Aswan day tours with Aswan High Dam. The High Dam was considered an engineering miracle in the 20th century as one of the world's largest embankment dams.

The Unfinished Obelisk that you will explore during your tour is considered the largest known obelisk from ancient Egyptian civilization. Hatshepsut's unfinished Obelisk provides valuable insights into the techniques used by ancient Egyptians in quarrying and designing large stones. Then you will explore Philae Temple, which is located between Aswan Dam and Aswan High Dam on Agilkia Island instead of Philae Island.

    Meals: Lunch, dinner

  • Day 2 Kom Ombo Temple

Enjoy your breakfast on board the Nile Cruise and have a free morning to relax or swim in the cruise swimming pool till lunch. Later on, the cruise boat will sail towards Kom Ombo to experience the marvelous double temple of Horus and Sobek.

Walk with your guide to visit Kom Ombo temple by the Nile side and enjoy the ruins of the only double temple in Egypt. Once you finish your tour to Kom Ombo, you can visit the Crocodile Museum, then back to the cruise for dinner and sail to Edfu City for overnight.

    Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

  • Day 3 Edfu Temple

Early morning coffee, then depart to Horus temple with horse carriages for about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, you will start your tour of the best-preserved temple in Egypt dedicated to Horus Behdity of Edfu. You will explore Edfu Temple, which is a great source of the way they constructed a temple in ancient Egyptian civilization.

Once you finish your tour, you will go back to the Nile cruise for breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day sailing to Luxor via Esna Lock. Relax, sunbath on the cruise deck, or feel free to do whatever you like till dinner time.

    Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

  • Day 4 Luxor

Enjoy your last breakfast on board the Nile Cruise before you start your full Luxor day tour of Luxor attractions. Start your day tour on Luxor's west bank with the most famous attraction in Luxor, Valley of the Kings. Explore the burial places of the Pharaohs of the New Kingdom, including Tutankhamun's Tomb. You can visit three tombs included in the ticket and your guide will recommend three of them. For example, we recommend three of the following tombs: KV2—Rames IV, KV1—Rames VII, KV6—Rames IX, and KV14—Tausert and Setnakht.

Then you will visit Hatshepsut Temple. The Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut is one of the most amazing temples on Luxor's West Bank in the Deir El Bahari area. After that, you can explore Memnon Colossi; these huge statues are among the best we found in the Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III.

A Luxor day tour could not be completed without a Karnak temple complex visit, as it is the biggest temple in the world. There is a lot to see inside, like Ptah temple, Mut temple, Khonsu temple, and Hatshepsut Obelisk. Once you finish your tour, your guide will drive you wherever you like to end your Nile Cruise package.

  • How can I choose my trip between a luxury Nile cruise and a Dahabiya Nile cruise?

Today's travelers are looking for comfort, and that’s why a luxury Nile cruise comes with all modern amenities such as pools, spas, and entertainment. On the other hand, Dahabiya is a kind of small cultural sail that gives you the closest sensation to being on the calm and isolated Nile River and floats with fewer guests.

  • Are there themed Nile cruises for history or culture enthusiasts?

Yes! Some cruise lines focus on specific subjects, such as lectures, Egyptian craftsmen-guided forums, and ship tours. Some focus on gourmet education, with onboard cooking classes that offer Egyptian cuisine.

  • Is there a Wi-Fi connection on the Nile cruises trips?

Yes, the Internet is available on almost all luxury cruises but its quality tends to change depending on the location during the cruise. If you want to have a digital detox, then just relax and consider the beautiful scenery and entertaining stuff on the boat.

  • Are Nile cruises easily accessible for the physically challenged?

Modern amenities and facilities for Nile cruises include wheelchair-accessible ship cabins, elevators, and certain deck facilities.

The activities on the Sundown Nile cruise include the live traditional Egyptian performances that you and the boat will have planned for the evening, such as a Nubian drumming performance, a belly dance/singing performance, or a disco with an Egyptian theme and costume wear.

  • How can I enjoy the sunrise moments on the Nile cruise?

Seeing the sunrise from the cruise deck sounds like a fantastic experience. As the golden light hits the scene, the locals in the river fish using their boats, and the greenery around makes a contrast with the sand desert in the backdrop. It is a calm, surprising moment that is now unforgettable and can only be observed on the Nile.

  • Do Nile cruises include nighttime activities at historical sites?

Yes, they do have evening tours to light and sound shows at such places as the Karnak Temple or Philae Temple, etc. These entertaining spectacles make history more interesting and specific experiences of ancient Egypt are unforgettably spectacular.

  • What makes a luxury Nile cruise special compared to budget options?

Luxury cruises offer hotel amenities such as spas, fabulous swimming pools, and exotic food, as well as personal Egyptologists who would otherwise guide large groups of tourists.

The basic ones are less expensive, and they do not deviate from showing the most attractions, making them an excellent choice for low-cost tourism.
